Integr8ted Leadership is a concept developed by Liza Aguirre-Oviedo, driven by more than two and a half decades of leading and contributing to business sustainability spanning multiple business sectors: Private, Corporate, and Non-Profit. Liza's first-hand experience with ventures through start-up, growth, change, and crisis contributes to the diverse value she brings. She has partnered and collaborated with business and education leaders and entrepreneurs across various sectors, including technology, consulting, hospitality, and arts management. She is global intelligent, worked with teams in the United States and internationally. All has provided intellectual scope and inspired her unwavering advocacy for organizational and business development growth.

What does the 8 in Integr8ted Leadership represent? In the Asian culture, the number 8 represents wealth, prosperity, and success. Integr8ted Leadership is a concept of eight proven capacities that when combined can lead an organization to long-term success.

What sparked lifelong intrigue in how the workforce can impact a business began with working in an environment during a corporate transition that began in 1993. Liza experienced how two global semiconductor corporations and their leadership teams navigated uncertainty and change during a major acquisition. Liza was an undergrad student at San Diego State University, working two years for Northern Telecom when it was acquired by ST Microelectronics. She was a member of a select group of STEM students contributing to a pilot program that engaged a self-managed work team environment within their semiconductor manufacturing division.

Helping businesses and individuals thrive began early in her career, where she led daily business operations and contributed to business development at the headquarters of two consulting companies owned by global entrepreneur and business coach Tony Robbins. She coached and supported up to fifty entrepreneurs (sales and business development and dental practice management coaches - franchisees) located nationwide and in Canada when both companies were in their start-up stages.

Liza earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from San Diego State University. She earned her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University during the pandemic, earning the distinguished honor of membership in the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society.
