ABOUT - The Developer/Founder

Integr8ted Leadership is a model practice Liza Aguirre-Oviedo formulated, referencing the significance in Asian culture of the number 8 (representing wealth, prosperity, and success), combined with entrepreneurial thinking, and scholarly and professional research on business leadership and human behavior. It was during her scholarly studies while earning a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership that she delved deeper into today's scientific and business findings on the values of business capitals, human behavior, and mindsets related to individual and organizational success.  

Helping businesses and individuals thrive began early in her career, where she led daily business operations and contributed to business development at the headquarters of two consulting companies owned by global entrepreneur and business coach Tony Robbins. She coached and supported up to fifty entrepreneurs (sales and business development and dental practice management coaches - franchisees) located nationwide and in Canada when both companies were in their start-up stages. Both companies experienced transformation and expansion through periods of launching new products and services. 

Liza has collaborated with business leaders from companies, organizations, teams, and entrepreneurs across various sectors, including technology, education, business development, hospitality, and arts management, in the United States and internationally. Her first-hand experience leading and supporting ventures through start-up, growth, change, and crisis contributes to the value she brings, including business sustainability knowledge, team momentum and resilience expertise, and expertise in effective communications.

Liza earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from San Diego State University. A lifelong learner, she earned her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University during the pandemic, earning the distinguished honor of membership in the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. She expanded her degree to earn four graduate certificates in Human Resources from Arizona State University emphasizing organizational change and learning and development. Additionally, she has earned a Micro-Credential in Academic Applications Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) from San Diego State University.
